PRIVACY NOTICE:

Personal Data is any information concerning an identified or identifiable individual. COPAL LAWYERS by virtue of its continuous relationship with customers, suppliers, consumers, and in general purchasers of its products, it is necessary to collect certain personal data referred to in terms of article 15 of the Law, such as:

  • Name,

  • Phone,

  • Age,

  • Address,

  • Occupation,

  • Credit History,

  • Property,

  • Marital Status,

  • Financial Behavior

  • and any other that derives from the professional relationship that may exist with COPAL LAWYERS.

The granting of the above data shall be deemed tacit when the privacy notice has been made available and for the simple fact of contracting the services provided, the data owner does not express his / her opposition according to it.

This information is used under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility enshrined in Article 6 of the Law, with the sole purpose of:

​

  • Providing you with a better service in the commercial relationship,

  • Informing you about new products,

  • Providing the services and products requested by you,

  • Complying with the obligations contracted with the Customers,

  • Evaluating the quality of the Service,

  • Statistical and academic purposes,

  • And any other result from the professional relationship that unites him/her with COPAL LAWYERS.

According to article 22 of the LFPDPPP, you have the possibility to limit or prohibit the use or disclosure of your personal data, for which you must: 1) Ask for the person responsible for the management of personal data, 2) Request a Format to prohibit and Limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, 3) Request this format and add a copy of your IFE, 4) Deliver the format to the person responsible for the management of personal data. Subsequently within the following 15 working days you may go to COPAL LAWYERS for the Agreement in which the prohibition or limitation in the use and disclosure of your personal data is accepted, as long as the application complies with the previous procedure and the requirements of Law.

 

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose your personal data and the details of their treatment, as well as rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, and may instruct us to cancel them when you deem it prudent, or are excessive, or unnecessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of obtaining such data. For the above you must follow the steps mentioned in the previous paragraph.

 

From the moment you contract or negotiate COPAL LAWYERS you accept tacitly that the company can handle your personal data without any limitation other than those contained in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals.

 

Your personal data can be transferred and treated inside and outside the country by persons other than COPAL LAWYERS such as various branches, subsidiaries, parent companies and sister companies with the sole purpose of providing you with quality products and services. However outside of this assumption we DO NOT MAKE PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER AVAILABLE TO OTHER IDENTITIES.

 

COPAL LAWYERS reserves the right to make changes, modifications or amendments to this Notice of Privacy in order to comply with legislative or jurisprudential reforms, internal policies or legal requirements, and proceed to make known to the people through its publication in the Board of Notices and announcements of the Company.
